I love it when clients get great results using food.

With Gary, we’ve been focussing on reducing pre-diabetic markers and improving the discomfort of osteoarthritis by decreasing the glycemic load of the diet which also happens to limit foods that cause inflammation. After just two weeks of this dietary approach he has seen a big improvement in mobility and inflammation.

To make this long term way of eating stick we have focussed on some core eating habits that follow the digestive patterns of our body and this lovely client has built them into his day.

 
 

I'm so impressed by Gary’s willingness to wade into the change process. In the end, all change really comes down to the client.

 
 

Update April ‘21:

I’ve recently seen Gary and his returned blood tests are normal showing:

  • lowered blood sugar

  • normalised insulin response

  • lowered cholesterol + triglycerides and raised HDL

  • Improved kidney function

These results are why I am here.
