  • We have 7 appointments together over 12 weeks (face-to-face or via Zoom) so you can learn the tools to adapt this program to your lifestyle.

  • We discuss meal planning, preparation and 8 core eating habits to sustain weight loss and positive metabolic changes for life.

  • 1 x generated food list and phased program, with a maintenance plan.
